RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lux Premium Hair, all products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.
Due to the nature of human hair products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection of product, color, length, or texture
• Products that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or otherwise modified
• Dissatisfaction after use
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
Lux Premium Hair reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
